Peak Support Q&A: Bryan Rosario
Bryan is one of the latest additions to Peak Support’s Talent Acquisition team. He describes himself as somebody who is strong yet silent and self-contained. Bryan’s biggest inspiration in life is his mom. She taught him to be wise, sensitive, and grounded even at an early age. A lot of the people close to him think he’s a little peculiar because of his fondness for listening to opera songs. Bryan usually heads to the beach when he wants to relax and says that he, as well as his younger siblings, throw a feast at their home almost every Sunday. He’s a big fan of Disney movies and even sang “Colors of the Wind” at a Christmas party. Read this latest edition of the Peak Support Q&A blog now to learn more about Bryan.
What’s the best compliment you’ve ever given anyone?
When I first started working in Human Resources, I found Excel to be really challenging. My supervisor then was patient enough to teach me everything he knew. So I told him: “My IQ goes up the minute you walk in the door” after completing a rather simple task.
Which TV series/show have you watched every single episode of?
Young Sheldon. Because I want to be smart like him and I find every episode entertaining.
If you were to only have one of the five senses, which one would you choose?
I’d choose sight. Because I want to see my siblings, as well as my friends and colleagues, grow up and reach their goals.
Who’s the one person in your life that you always go out of your way to be nice to?
My grandma. She is just such a gem.
What’s your most unforgettable Christmas memory?
It was when my dad attended one of my school activities for the very first time.
If you had $1 million to spend on just one thing, what would you spend it on?
I will use all of it to build a modern hospital that will cater to the needs of the less fortunate and the elderly.
How did you meet your best friends?
We were in high school when my best friends and I met. I didn’t talk to them a lot because I thought that they were noisy and they always ran out of paper. Our friendship started over a piece of paper and sharing of answers during quizzes and exams.
Who has made the biggest impact on who you are today?
My mum. Because she taught me valuable life lessons such as to be loving, patient, and to have integrity. She is our family’s warrior and we thank her for her unwavering love. She is such a blessing in our lives.

I’m obsessed with purchasing game aesthetics like skins. Because it makes my game character look good and also makes winning over my competitors more satisfying.
What’s something that a lot of people think is cool, but you think isn’t?
Spreading fake news on social media. Because it creates anxiety and fear.
Can you share a funny story from your childhood?
I hit puberty when I was in sixth grade but I was in denial about the fact that my voice had changed. I had no doubt then that I would be chosen if I auditioned for a part in a play. Then I started singing and the teacher told me to stop. She said with a loud and unapologetic voice, “you are out of tune!”
Which inexpensive product would you be willing to pay double or triple for?
Baking Soda. It just has so many uses and I also clean my drains with it.
If a holiday were to be named after you, what would it be in celebration of?
It will be a celebration in honor of game supporters who endlessly buy wards and help in nuke, but are rarely ever recognized.
When was the last time you did something nice without asking for anything in return?
While I was on my way to work, I saw an elderly couple sitting in an alley. They looked tired and sweaty so I handed them some of the bread I bought and a bottled water. It really pains me to see old people in the streets.
How do you normally handle difficult situations?
I think ahead and look for possible options. If it can’t be resolved with solution A, I will proceed with solution B and so on.
