Peak Support Q&A: Cecilia Jaucian
Cez is a member of our Talent Acquisition team. They found out about Peak Support when their partner saw an online job posting for the company, and asked them to apply. Fast forward to today, and Cez says that they are still very happy to be with us. You know what makes Cez happy? Gummy candies and double bacon cheeseburger! Yum, right? When it comes to music, they love listening to R&B songs because it soothes their soul. Cez’s childhood dream was to become an astronaut. Whenever they have the time, they like to go to the beach and explore the waters on a jet ski. Here’s a cool fact about Cez: they used to work for a Norwegian cruise line as a restaurant steward and casino host for over six years. Read October’s Q&A blog now, so you can get to know Cez better.
If you could introduce a new holiday, what would you call it?
Happy Day! It is a day where people can visit their happy place – whatever or wherever it may be.
How do you keep yourself entertained during long flights?
Watching in-flight movies and tons of sleep help me lose track of time.
Who takes care of you when you get sick?
My long-time partner takes care of me whenever I’m sick. I hate being sick because I know it worries her, and she also feels tired staying up late just to take care of me.
When do you feel the most vulnerable?
Seeing old people begging for food or spare change makes feel vulnerable. Growing up, I promised myself that I’d do anything and everything just to give my parents a good life.
Top 3 qualities you look for in a friend.

- Respectful
Which celebrity would make you scream if you met them?
Millie Bobby Brown!

I will never apologize for doing the right thing.
If you were to magically disappear, what would be your last words?
Please take care of the items I placed in my online shopping cart. Hahaha!
Would you rather be: an innocent child or a knowledgeable adult?
An innocent child. With all that’s been happening around the world, I want to believe that all will be okay.
I just can’t get myself to like _____.
Veggies, chicken, and pork liver.
What game or app on your phone do you spend the most time on?
Call of Duty. I love action and shooting games. It is my therapy after a long day.
Where’s the happiest place you’ve ever been to?
Ushuaia (Argentina): The End of the World. That’s where I got to see the aurora borealis and some penguins.
Have you ever seen a ghost?
When I was kid, I saw a silhouette of a girl. Not really sure if it was just my eyes playing tricks on me, or if it was a real ghost.
Is there anything about the future that excites you?
Yes! My partner and I bought a house and lot. It excites us, especially her, to settle there and raise our kids. We’re hoping to transfer there this year.
What’s the best Halloween costume you’ve ever seen or worn?
No-Face – the ghost from the Japanese, animated movie “Spirited Away.” He’s so cool! He can ingest people to gain their physical traits and personality.
